Jason Statham vs. Jet Li

What else need be said?

RE: War!

Jet Li will win, Statham will die. Unless the writers deemed otherwise and then they should be shot on sight.

Ok, but it looks like Jet is playing a bad guy... ANd he died in Lethal Weapon 4, also as a bad guy I might add...

It just looks like a great action flick though. I am looking forward to it. Smile

RE: War!

I saw the movie last Tuesday, and personally I found it very disappointing. The story was OK and there was a nice plot twist that I wasn't expecting, but the action that one might expect from these two action stars just wasn't there. Pretty much all the action you see was in the trailer. In addition, the camera was shakey throughout most of the action sequences, so you could not really see what was going on for the most part. This for me this is a major disappointment after seeing what they can do in movies such as Hero, Fearless, and the Transporter. All in all I would recommend waiting until it comes out on cable.

Well that's depressing about the filming. I had heard that the only time they actually fight is at the end and it's pretty much what you see in the trailer, but I did know that Jet Li wasn't going to be doing any more big 'karate' flicks after Fearless came out.

So this brought you in with the promise and made you stick with the story. Why be disappointed if they aren't beating the snot out of each other every 5 seconds... oh wait... yer a guy. *giggles*
